あと少し

You know... I was soooooooooo busy for months and months and months that... now that I'm almost there, I can literally feel myself burning out. My brain is tricking me and telling me that I don't have to work hard anymore, but actually... I still have the usual workload of grading/planning etc. at work, I still have to write up another research paper, and I still need to be on the ball for three more applications. But I'm letting myself slip! No! I need to get myself together, and convince my brain that I still have a long way to go so that it will switch back to "GAME ON" mode. I think it's time for some Bon Jovi... woahhhhhhh♪♪

Yesterday I submitted my Michigan application.


One down, three to go.

For some time now I have been contemplating getting a Wii.


And what may be the deciding factor is the fact that there is a karaoke Wii out there♪♪♪


If I could sing karaoke an hour a day, I think I'd be so much happier... :P

In the summer, I was told that there was a really good Indian restaurant in 検見川.


Co-worker Eric and I tried to find it but ended up at a different Indian restaurant.


Last Friday, we ventured out again and successfully found it only 20 meters further down the road from the wrong place.


So was it in fact really good?


Well, we're going back next week not soon enough^^

After bowling, the kids, Ash, and I had dinner at Chiba-chan, an izakaya in Kaihin Makuhari.
